Privacy Issues

I like this technology for keeping a journal of reference questions and answers. It was SO easy to set up and SO elegant looking. Love the fonts and layout. I used to keep track of reference questions on scraps of paper -- this is much better. But I'm concerned about privacy issues. I don't really want a blog that the world can see.
[I also love the spell check feature but it's ironic that the word "blog" isn't recognized by the blog's dictionary.]
